Time for a change. Its time to take your power back.

Updated: Oct 12, 2020

Its time to take your power back. Become empowered through mindfulness and meditation. When we observe our thought patterns of lack and despair we become not only enlightened, but empowered.

In this blog, i discuss the power of observing your thoughts. I myself have been through a very long dark night of the soul and i was nearing suicide for some time. I had awakened but i decided to try and go backwards and forget that I had woken up to the matrix, fortunately once you wake up your soul will only let you drag it along for so long. Once i decided that i could not take the pain of my miserable thoughts anymore i started to meditate again. Through observing my suicidal thoughts, i started to change those thoughts to thoughts of joy, bliss and love. Now I am here to help you all do the same, I cannot stand to see the collective in so much pain and If I can help even one person a day, then i will feel like I served my purpose.

“We cannot just sit at home and mediate all day even though some of us wish we could. ”

Observing your thoughts

Mediate

You might be thinking how in the world am i supposed to observe my thoughts, what are you talking about? yes, i once felt that way too. I'm here to help, first thing you need to do is meditate every day. Preferably morning and night for at least 15 minutes a day. While your in your meditation, just allow your thoughts to be there. Don't judge them or try to push them away. Just observe what you think. Eckhart Tolle calls it the silent looker. Judging or condemning your thought is letting more thought come in through the back door. As you begin to observe your thought, you may notice how many habitual thought patterns you have. It might seem like all you do is think, but your breaking your identification with thought so keep go with your practice.

Mindfulness

We cannot just sit at home and mediate all day even though some of us wish we could. We have jobs and lives to attend too and that is where mindfulness comes into play. Mindfulness is meditation. When your being mindful you are directing your awareness or attention onto something other than thought. So for example, if your at work and the fan is on you can listen to the fan blowing wind or the silence behind the fan. This can take some practice, but it is very possible. Another way to be mindful is to pay close attention to the steps you take. When your walking to your car, put your awareness on your walking or when your brushing your teeth feel the toothbrush against your teeth, or you can put your awareness onto your breath. I've used them all and they all work for increasing your vibration and getting you out of thought patterns.

When we put all the focus back onto ourselves we really start to feel empowered. All the little things going on in our lives seem so small. Now when i say put the focus back on us, I mean putting our awareness back onto ourselves. Focus all your attention onto your heart center and see how your live unfolds. If your having issues loving yourself, I'd suggest changing your story. Therapy can help if you need to talk to someone, but the most important thing you can do for yourself is to do something you love everyday.
