Here I have created 10 tips for calming the mind and living your life as stress free as possible. I have made these 10 tips easily manageable in our busy lives, if you want to live more of a quality life please use these methods as a starting point.

Hey everyone! Thank you for visiting my blog, I have came up with 10 tips to improve your over all quality of life. If you want to go deeper you absolutely can but if your just sick of your constant stress of daily life then this blog is for you. Our minds get addicted to the "stress Hormone" Cortisol, BUT scientists have proven that meditation and detaching from our thought help reduce the cortisol in our brain and improve our immune system by 50%. After I started meditating was when all my stress started to subside, if you are not meditating you need to start. It may seem like it isn't doing anything, but your retraining your brain to think differently which takes time to feels the effects of. So there you go, There is my first tip to relaxation. ;)

10 Tips for Raising your Vibration
Mediation
Mediation is so important to reducing our stress, more and more people are starting to wake up and realize the effects of mediation, but unfortunately we are behind the curb the buddha already discovered this hundreds of years ago. Mediation separates your thoughts from your true self, which puts you in a space to observe your thoughts. You cannot observe what you believe that you are. You have to train your attention and awareness and it does NOT happen over night, but over time you will start to see your life change and your inner space change for the better.
2. Do something your passionate about
I hate to break this to you, but if you hate your job or its causing you alot of stress, its time to leave. If you reading this blog then chances are you have already changed alot and you no longer resonate with your current life situation. Its not the people fault but they are not awake and you have started to awaken to the dream state. You have been raising your vibration and if you no longer connect with some of the people you used to be closest too, then its time to move on. Do something your passionate about, That could mean literally anything from painting to writing. If you dont know what your passionate about then its time to discover your true nature.
3. Practice Mindfulness
Practicing Mindfulness is actually quit simple, but the mind makes it difficult. The simplest ways to practice mindfulness is to you take your attention onto your breath,body,sound. Those are the most common ways. Sound would be listening to the wind or the birds. You could also take your taking into your breath, When we breath in the air we are raising our vibration. You could also put all your focus on your inner body. To do this you can close your eyes and put your attention on your hands and say how do I know i have hands. What do i feel? These are 3 simple steps to practicing mindfulness.
4. Change your eating/drinking habits
I hate to tell you this, but if you want to keep your vibration high you have to change your daily habits such has what you eat and drink. The best way to change these habits is to change the thoughts associated with them. By observing your thoughts and changing your story that believe that you need this to survive you automatically start to believe those new thought patterns. This process is called cognitive restructuring. You do not need to eat a bunch of processed foods and you'll discover that over time you feel amazing without it, but you have to change the way you see yourself and change your daily habits.
5. Get your blood pumping
Exercise. If you get your body moving your increasing the blood flow in your body which will increase your vibration. This could be something as simple as yoga or jogging. It doesn't need to be strenuous, it just needs to get you moving. Its important to take care of our physical body.
6. Feel the emotion you want to become
You cannot become something you don't believe. You have to feel that within yourself completely if you want to attract love feel the feelings of love, if you want to be a successful business owner feel the feeling of abundance. We are all energy living out our lives in a 3 D reality, but when you connect to the cosmic forces of the universe you become lighter, more joyful, peaceful being. You cannot find true happens on the outside.
7. Be of service to others
When you help others you not only feel good, but you attract more abundance into your reality. Money is just another energy field that needs to be on constant circulation. If you can't give money then give your time to help someone even if its a small thing, I promise they wont forget it and you will instantly raise your vibration.
8. Let go of attachments to outcomes
If you have asked the universe for something and have been very clear on what you want then let it go and just focus on your passion. Let go of your attachment to any outcome of this thing ever happening. If you question it your questioning the universe. Just trust that you are on the right path. Believe that you can achieve and focus on staying present.
9. Obverse your thoughts
This is a very simple process, When your feeling feelings of lack, not enough, anger, fear, judgement-quickly change those thoughts to ones of love abundance and joy. You instantly raise your vibration because you are unconditional love and bliss. You do not needs to manifest anything to be whole and happy. The universe will know if your full of it so do the work to change your thoughts. New beliefs and thought create a new reality and life.
10. Love yourself
Stop judging yourself. Be kinder to yourself and show yourself some love. You need to nourish yourself and fill your own cup. Its not selfish, its necessary. If you have been neglecting your own happiness then stop it and focus on yourself.
